@LetsGoMets2121 i was at this game also and im also very happy i stayed for the cermoney infact i stayed in the stadium until we were told that if we did not leve we wuld be arrested lmao and all the ppl who left b4 the cermoeny because they were pissed at the lass arent true fans

Should have done this ceremy before the game, not after. Everyone would have been fired up if this was done in the pre-game and perhaps the Mets make the playoffs that year.

It should've been Jerry Grote catching the final Seaver pitch at Shea. Piazza could've been not throwing out runners or something.

The Mets didn't have much of a chance to win "the 2007 & 2008 National League East" as John McCain & Sarah Palin didn't win the 2008 U.S. Presidency. The "Phillies" continue to show mockery over the "New York Mets".
