  • Well obviously if Cesar Milan is a member of it, any respectable dog trainer wouldn't want anything to do with it. It's not certification at all! If you want real dog trainer certification, go to the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Seriously. I'll be posting a video soon on how, exactly, to become a real, certified, trainer on another channel, BeagleDaily.
