How come I see a WYyeast label on the bag? I thought I heard that you made your own strain?

Good question, NYRfan4ever. We didn't "make" a yeast strain. We captured the strain here at a Delaware orchard and sent it to Wyeast. They are better equipped to propagate -- or grow -- the yeast to quantities needed for brewing.

It's times like these I wish I lived in The States. Hard enough to get the regular Dogfish lineup down here in Australia, let alone these cool limited productions. Keep up the good work guys, you're one of the primary sources for my homebrewing inspiration!
