Hi everybody, this is the Single A site from the same Single like "I am the seeker" I recorded it from disc to Computer. There are not more pictures, because my computer goes crazy...
But to the song:
It's the english version of the ABBAcadabra (french Musical) song "Belle" and recorded with B.A. Robertson.
(The made a text to ABBA's "Arrival")
Please enjoy
Not the pictures are important, the song is important!

  • Arrival brought me here.

  • Love this song! Majestic melody!

  • sarahs song...where I can hear sarahs song in full lenght...

  • Which version are you referring to?

  • Hm yes, Sarahs song is great, but on this version (Which is very rare, because the single is out of print) sings a member of ABBA, and the lyrics are different to sarahs. BTW... do you know, where I can here this song in full lenght?

  • Well who's psychic then!!!??? I just discovered that Sarah Brightman IS doing a cover of Arrival on her upcoming "Winter Symphony" album!!! I said 4 months ago (see below) that I wish someone like Sarah Brightman would do a cover of this song. I've already heard her version, and although it doesn't exactly reach the "levels of grandiosity" I was hoping for, it is certainly a LOT better than this version.

(As you can see below, I accidentally used my other identity to make the same comment.)

  • As far a repetition goes, I think the instrumental version is nothing short of a passionate ride to orgasm, the gradually incandescent thrusting motion of the melodic line should be enough to convince anyone.

  • I find that very hard to believe that you "can't stand it" - after all, it's a beautiful melody on its own, otherwise you wouldn't like the lyrical version so much. And it's not a copy and paste job because each round is a build-up of the one before it, using different instruments and vocals -- yes, people KNOW it's a repeating tune, but so what! If you don't like music that repeats a particular melody, then I guess you don't like pop music which repeats verses and choruses all the time.

  • Well, I'm glad you can enjoy the instrumental. It's fun to listen to sometimes, but I really can't stand it because it sounds like a copy-paste of the same bar over and over again with new effects each time to keep people from catching on.

I agree with you on the choice on instruments. How great would this have been with some strings and horns?
