this guide fail to explain few key details.

such as u need some1 to take shard for full 24 debuff such as a SP or fearl, if you get this then healer will get 80+ stacks of Vital spark. as healer gain 1 x Vital spark per direct heal on person with 3 stacks of Torment (debuff from crystal/shard) so once this person hit 18 stacks for example then each direct heal will give 6 x Vital spark. With BL you should land 4 heals before he hit 21 stacks (heals then give 7 buffs each) and another 3 heals etc

Why did a healer take the shard at 2.45 when a hunter is perfectly good to take it?

@casedistorted Use two healers and have spriest take the whole first shard. Have healer heal only spriest trought the whole shard (tank use a minor cd). Then rotate as normal. The only problem with this fight is ppl spreading the torment to healers. The is pretty bad when you're using only two healers

lol we use the whole 6 dps, 3 healers, 1 tank setup and we hit the enrage every single time...the thing is if none of us die by the time we get to the end and we are all doing our best amount of dps we can kill him in enrage when he has maybe 2 million hp left. usually the tank will stay alive long enough for us to get 1 million down then it's just getting the last million before he kills us all. last time though the last man standing was a hunter and he killed h bal with 200k hp left
