You dont have to taske a cold shower, Just rinse your conditoner out with cold water for a couple of minutes. The Cold water closes the follicle.

@thereadyset38 Nothing will make your hair grow FASTER than getting pregnant, in my opinion, but this will help your hair grow healthier so that you don't have to cut off dead ends as much
