  • Instead of photo, show video that will convince that u r really floating on water.

That will make ur teaching real meaning and u a real teacher of this plavini pranamaya.

    I Appreciate this video however.

  • @sbblissfull This video always makes me giggle (I gotta take it down and do another). I am not a master video maker, this video was my very first, where I am filming myself. It took me a long time to get comfortable in front of the camera, and speak naturally :) instead of like an idiot. I am happy to hear you appreciate it, though. Blessings..

  • here is what I do--I take a deep breath and then gulp in 3 or 4 more breaths so that I am completely full of air--hot?--and then I apply the throat lock and khumbaka (sp?). Is this a legit practice? or have I made up something that is maybe not so good? I have been doing yoga of one sort or another for 40 years.

  • @jesuisravi

I am not familiar with this technique, but there are many techniques I am likely not familiar with. If this breath came to you naturally and you are benefiting I would say continue.. In light, Casey.

  • Thank you Casey for sharing this wonderful technique, Nice

    peace n blessings

  • @omcasey1

    Thanx

  • Also I think a critical instruction you gave was to rest and relax at the bottom, on the exhale.

That seems very important to me in this practice.

Wow, your video really contributed to the love I have for this practice and for you, Casey.

  • Oh, I realize this one did not answer your last questions, Casey.

What I am experiencing with this practice is a very transporting mindset, getting out of what I term the Brain Mind which is like a monkey swinging through the trees and getting into the Mind Mind, which is in the cellular structure of the body and does not "think" but only "knows".

  • Karen! Just under the screen on the left there should 5 greyish stars and the words "0 ratings", just put your cursor over a star and click. 5 means you liked it alot, 1 means you found it lacking, etc . . Thanks for rating! . . Casey
