Wood Fired Brick Oven

I like the idea of a tunnel brick oven, it has it's own convection flow and you can build it ground level with 2 stacks, one side you load with wood and fire and the other side where you bake. Not only can you make bread in it but a prime rib roast, ham or even a whole hog if you desire. The best part is if you want to use it like a Ruth's Chris type grill at 1800 degrees you just put a rack on the up side output, use coals and wood for heat. Build a 4 corner rack you drop in and lift out

fucking annoying intro

Nice oven!

Generally crappy, but the narration was particularly bad. Sounded like last place at a Carl Sagan impersonation contest. THUMBS DOWN.

What's with the SHIT intro? Its a full fifth of the video. The rest of this video better be damn good if you want a thumbs up.

Good job on the oven but, 8 or 9 baguettes at a time, average of 10 minutes to bake + the resting time in between batches .... unless I missed something, simple math says that you could not typically bake 32 baguettes in 30 minutes. If this is the same math you used to build your oven .. I might worry a bit but I bet your neighborhood smells great.
