I think the scream at around 4:14 sounded like cook. At the end of season 4 when he was like I am fucking cook!!! Or whatever. That's what it sounded like to me.

For some reason, I want to believe that the events that occurred between Foster and Freddie occurred at the same time Effy had this dream. Call it fiction, true love, whatever, but I feel as if both Effy's insanity and the love she felt for Freddie built such a strong connection between the two of them that a part of her knew that Freddie was going to face what he faced in the end. Maybe the scream IS Freddie-in her subconscious mind-when he's reacting to Foster. Just my 2 cents.
