If you mean is she using ASL, the answer is no. She's using Signed English signs in English word order. If it were ASL, the signs would be different and the sentences would be structured according to the ASL rules of grammar, not English.

No she's not. Like I said before, ASL has it's own grammar rules and it does not place words in English sentence structure. If she were using ASL, she wouldn't sign "What is power?" That's English. ASL would say "Power what?" She would use spatial mapping and a more appropriate use of indexing. Yes, she is using ASL signs but not ASL.

If you want to know what it's really called, it's more Signed English or PSE (Pidgeon Sign English) because it's a combination of ASL signs in English word order.
