what a great video, im a mad carp angler with all the latest gadgets baits and bait boats etc but when you watch videos like this and chris yates you actually realise sometimes your missing the point when you fish nowdays. great video and a pleasure to watch

Very,very nice video, it's the first one that comes close to a passion for angling.

It used to be all about being there, in contemplating silence, blending in with nature, connecting with a mystical creature - that didn't have a name and 6 scars in its mouth.
Then somebody discovered: I can make money out of that... and things changed. For most people for better, for a few for worse. They are those that shy away from the noisy scenes one can find at many lakes. I'm not judging there fun, I'm just walking another path - far away from the madding crowd.
