The Culinary Roundtable at Lean Cuisine is bringing together renowned chefs from across the country to inspire new entrees for creation. Raised in North Carolina, Elizabeth Karmel known as the 'Queen of the Grill' is a barbeque specialist and executive chef of Hill Country Barbecue in New York and DC and Hill Country Chicken in New York. Paul Kahan of Chicago was a James Bear 2010 Outstanding Chef Nominee and is an executive chef and partner at 4 Chicago restaurants including, The Publican, Big Star, Avec, and Blackbird. Lior Lev Sercarz worked with some of the world's most respected chefs before opening his own place, La Boite in New York, where he creates unique spice blends and seasonal cookies. Brad Farmerie of Pittsburg was trained at Le Cordon Blue before opening his restaurant, PUBLIC in New York. He is also the executive chef at The Monday Room, Madam Geneva, and Saxon + Parole. Michelle Bernstein, James Bear best chef south of 2009 and Iron Chef victor is the executive chef at Michy's and Sra Martinez. Her food reflects her Latin upbringing and cultured travels. Lucien Vendome joined Nestle in 1978, working there until 1997 and returning again in 2005. He was educated at the Ecole Hoteliere de Paris and received classique haute-cuisine under France's leading chefs. These expert chefs are working with the Lean Cuisine Culinary Roundtable in a shared mission to bring exciting, inspired tastes to all.
