I loved CiTV (the studio time) around 2000-2002-ish. I remember they had Pokémon, Digimon, Dog and Duck, Zzzap, How2 (hey, one of the presenters does Meridian news), Art Attack, Bernard's Watch and countless other excellent programmes. Today's stuff lacks any effort. With CiTV, they put in so many good effects in the studio and lots of funny moment. The presenters were really into it - even if it meant getting a gallon of water poured on them live on air (remember that one a lot).

I had the biggest crush on Danielle Nicholls growing up, still do today actually - what's happened to her these days, has she retired from TV?

This wasn't VHS - I recorded it with a video capture card in my PC. I wish I could get this sort of quality from my VHS tapes!

what capture card do you use?
what input and source media did you use?

Input source was a NICAM VCR tuned to ITV
The video was connected to the composite input on the capture card (modular tech mm100pctv)
The stereo audio went to the computer's sound card
