I used to be an overnight security officer at the Museum of History which is right next to the library. My job consisted of staying outside the museum and outside the Main Library of El Paso. And from my many nights of walking around the museum and Library I never felt or saw anything, and believe me I worked from 6 in the afternoon to 6 in the morning and never once did I see anything. Im not a skeptic in fact Im very open to the subject I'm just sharing my experience
