The song has been composed especially for the commercial. All Vodafone ads have songs that have been composed for them. It's not part of any song as such.

This is lifted from 'Golden Brown' by 'The Stranglers'...the original group of which Cliff Richard was the lead vocal. Just google Golden Brown and you can get the original song.

Nice improvisation, though. Would have liked it even more were it an original effort.
