@MadCapAithne It's more like he's stating a fact. Right at the end, when he tells Adrian he understands his actions without condoning or condemning, is an example of his disconnection from emotion. And really, when you perceive time and space as he does, you wouldn't be emotional for long, either. To him, even the Earth is already dead and gone - it's just a matter of waiting for others to catch up with what he's already perceived.
So at first he was himself, and as time passed he grew distant.

Honestly, I saw Jon as an extremely emotional character. He simply chooses not to show it. For example: When he tells Laurie that he knows she will ask Dan out he sounds very sad.

:-) 100 % true...gosh that movie was awesome.

Exactly! I never thought of him as emo in fact he hardly shows any emotion at all. .. .

Utterly perfect rhythm and emotional pitch.. Just flawless combination. May not be my favourite character (Rorschach is) but somehow this vid concentrates everything I like and/or feel even sympathetic about this character and by that, makes me in fact like the character better than I did before. Favourite characters aside, I feel this is definitely your finest Watcmen video.
*standing applause* :)
