Unlike most screen recording programs for Linux, Kazam is powerful in its editing/exporting options (in a clean, nice graphical user interface), works with a standard, easy-to-edit format, but it is not without it's downsides.

    For the one having issues installing it on the New versions of Ubuntu 11.10 +

    Kazam Screencaster Installation

    Under Ubuntu 11.10 or any later version, run the follwoing commands:

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bigwhale/kazam-oneric

    sudo apt-get update

    sudo apt-get install kazam

    That's it! See ya!
