PJTA : High Street, Cherry Hinton, Cambridge. Final Design

This is the final rendered version of PJTA's concept design for the area in front of the shops, Rectory Terrace, High Street, Cherry Hinton, Cambridge. We hope you like it.

This uncommissioned design was undertaken to showcase PJTA's expertise in 3D visualisation. We are committed to excellence in the built environment and would be happy to work with anyone able to make our concept designs a reality.

PJTA have been involved in a wide variety and cross section of projects. Our projects include work for Private Clients, Local Authorities, Parish Councils, Church & Charity Organisations and Specialist Construction Companies.

Great, but is this plan going to be implemented & if so, when?

@globsrus : In July 2011 Cambridge City Council agreed to the development of proposals for Rectory Terrace Forecourt in conjuction with the owners with a view to jointly funding the final approved scheme. They are aware of our concept design but as yet have not expresses an interest. I guess in the current economic climate these types of scheme are the first to get shelved. Here at PJTA we remain forever hopeful that our design will be adopted at some point.
