  • fat cells are buffers for excess sugar, more excess more fat cells you need to buffer it. glucose being so harmful in excess . they convert to fat, fat cells program other cells to use fat only as they are glucose resist. hence high fast triglcyerides. cells feed off these triglcyerides during high insulin while fat cells busy convert sugar to fat. release during fasting. so reduce glucose load and you need less fat cells for conversion. right?? poof you lose fat weight from apoptosis. right?
