  • in my 20 years in this business, I've never heard of a "roadie wrap." Kids, don't ever call it that on a gig, it's an over/under.

  • IMO the single most important and most simple tip about cables, ropes, xmas lights, hoses, etc is: keep the ends separate from the bulk (be it coil or just a jumbled mass in a bucket or whatever). Once you realize that your life with "long things" will forever be a whole lot easier. Cheers.
