I noticed you have a flash unit at the last Head. Is it necessary to half cure the shirt before passing it through the conveyer oven?

This video was our first print job on the auto.

We was using the revolver mode.

The flash was at head 8 cause it was closest to the electrical connection. The press arrived 20 days early so not all of our electrical connections was installed yet.

In some cases (FX inks, heavy fabrics), it helps to get the heat up faster so we don't have to slow down the belt.

@tophand1 Do ya'll have a pretty busy shop? My son lives in Puyallup and has been there for 5 years and he does all my art work here in Dallas. Killer art work and he needs a job in a good print shop up there.

if you flash before you take he shirt off it also makes it easyer to take off the shirt sometimes.....works best when doing long sleeves...dont have to worry about wet ink getting places you dont want it...
