The Kaiketsu Zorori film shown in theaters alongside an Anpanman movie in 1993. It draws its storyline from the same storybooks as episodes six and seven of the original TV show. It's very interesting to look at the differences between this movie and the TV show. The former chose a more faithful adaptation of the storybooks, presenting Zorori as he is more rugged and less refined with boar compatriots who speak with thick countryside accents and actually look like bandits; the latter deviates with cleaner character designs that many would find more appealing. Both, however, are excellent portrayals of the characters. Apologies for any lack in quality, as this was encoded from a VHS.

it feels way different from the zorori ive seen, not just the animation but the voice actor & art style just gives this zorori a completely different personality, the current is very happy/outgoing while this one seems very deviant/villinis.
