Can you escape cops on a highway with all lights on the car turned off and just using this the night vision. I once saw a Cadillac DTS with its lights off and doing over 120 on New jersey turnpike at around 3am. I tried chasing the Dts but the damn Corolla that I was driving hit the limiter at 115 and the guy in Dts disappeared. I obviosly slowed down coz you wind up getting caught and not the guy you're trying to catch up to.

MY Dealer usually tries to convince me of NOT to take some extra because i prefer a fully loaded car instead of a poor mans edition which is not making me enjoy the ride a lot.

In fact i'd rather take a smaller car with more options than a big car that is naked.

No, that's not what I am saying at all! I'll explain it nice and slowly for you when you buy a car (of which I own several) the dealer will try to convince you to option your car at vastly overpriced premiums sometimes you can double the cost of the car! This money is they plowed back into the company as huge profits and then be used to develop new cars etc then the technology will eventually filter into cheaper cars. The End.

Interesting Audi uses IR light source, while others use thermal. IR seems good with good visibility, but I wonder if the thermal would be a lot better in low vis conditions.
