  • Hi, you know, your problem reminds me of mine (years ago, before yoga). It appears you would have scoliosis, a lateral curvature of the spine.

Would you be willing to log into the forum at hotyogadoctor + we can talk over there. There are actually posts there about scoliosis. You can tell me if you've started any type of yoga. I can tell you more of my experiences. It is NOT too late to do something about this!

Thanks for posting. I hope I can help (and as an aside, I probably can). :)

  • hi i need help with my posture and get bad back and shoulder pain i put my shoulder blades back but it just made it hurt even more please help someone

  • @siobhanfiona Hi, you know it takes practice. I don't know what the exact issue is but habits of a long time causing your posture to collapse means that there are muscles on the front side of your body that are in all likelihood tight and the ones on your back and weak and long and needing strength. Your tight pectorals let you know that they need a good stretch. This takes time! Stick with it, because the results are really worth it!! Need more help: go to the forum at my website

  • what accent is that? it sounds so familiar but i can't place it...

  • hi. i was hoping you could help me.

im not sure if this is a posture problem but one of my shoulder blades sticks out REALLY far. also when i look in the mirror at my hips and sides, along one side of my torso my waist goes in and creates an hourglass shape and along the opposite side it doesnt and is almost a straight line. not sure if this is important but im 18, really small and skinny. 4ft 11 and 88lbs. what is wrong? thanks in advance :)

  • I don´t hear anything!!!!

  • condense. It took nearly 4 minutes before you got to the point.

  • Very good, thank you!

  • what's up with the creepy music at the end?

    Great video, thanks!

  • @HotYogaDoctor aha! haha. thanks :) and I love your accent by the way :)
