  • its volkswagen! not volkswagon!

  • These tests are crap. Roof strength is only one aspect of rollover safety. In order to measure how a car will actually perform in a rollover we need to launch the car off an angled platform and let the car roll on its own, not on some glorified meat rods. We also need to measure head, neck, and chest injury criterion.

  • ouch my head!!!

  • stupid test they think that its the cars fault that the dummys head goes into the window??? thats your fault!!! wow stupid amateurs

  • that is safe top safety pick no wonder

  • Airbags

  • the 2009 mondeo has curtain air-bags and side body airbags...only in a rollover only the head airbag deploys. only in a side impact crash will the head AND body airbags deploy.

  • Airbags dont deploy on roll-overs, unless there is an impact in the front or sides of the car first.....and yes there is a curtain airbag in that section of the car...

  • Does better than most.

  • isn't there an airbag in the roof holding arm at the front where your saying the dummie is hitting his head?
