We touched the right wall just before going into skull, turning us sideways just before the drop, @ 4000cfs or so. at that level, there is a big (6') standing wave right after the drop. If not for our quick thinking (3 of us shifted our weight, pre-empting the hi-side, and pushed through the wave sideways) Super lucky, really. Those on shore said our boat completely disappeared under the wave! wish we had a video to share..

haha nice run man, were you trying to go for the Skull or you didn't cut to the right on time? Glad you guys made it through. We went through WW a week after you guys did looks like it. Happy rafting!

Hi kazak4x4, actually we went through Skill sideways!. We had pulled out to scout the rapids with the accompanying kayakers (aka parasites). We pushed off after the first raft and was not correctly positioned. Our Friend George/RaftGuide "No we are not" knew we were in trouble. As you can see we got lucky.
