They cheated at 36:30. The cops stood back from the door and the girl had the opportunity to step out and close the door behind her. In the original scenario, the lady cop pushed right into the house as soon as the girl opened it. What do you do then? I don't think asking nicely is going to get them to leave.
Flying my sign at Mc Donalds in Hanford Ca, Need help will work for money. Cop says "I TOLD YOU I'M GOING TO ARREST YOU IF YOU POINT IT AT THE DRIVE THRU" I answer calmly with the question, "Are you trying to violate my constitutionally protected 1 st amendment rights?" Cops says, " NO" and speeds off!
Yea, I will definitely say something like that in the future. I have always been way too nice to them. One time I was asked that question and I started just guessing. brake lights? signal lights? speeding? The cop said that I "looked like I didn't know where I was going!" It was a small town cop late at night - I had out-of-state tags and he simply pulled me over for no other reason than to try & get lucky (with a DUI, Drugs, etc). If that ever happens again I will chew their ass.
Every single time I have ever been pulled over the police officer asks me, "Do you know why I pulled you over?"! The oldest way to get you to wave your Fifth Amendment rights right off the bat. The police are trained these tricks from rookie status - good information!
I've always told my friends at college who live off campus not to answer the door when its the police and their throwing a party. just turn the music down and if you want to go out a side door and tell the police everythings fine
they say anything you say and/or do can and will be used against you when it should be anything you say and/or do can and maybe used against you

I had it happen to me in Georgia because I pulled over to the middle median instead of the right side median.
