Round 1 of the 2009 Building Virtual Worlds class at Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center. The empty lab screens at the beginning and end are accompanied by a live actor playing the part of a fly-killing scientist.

The platform for the game is an infrared shadow tracking system called Playmotion. The player sits in a saddle in front of a projection screen and leans to the left or right to steer the fly.

The end result is one part theater, one part audience participation and one part video game. It all adds up to a successful and entertaining illusion of flight!
