[edit]Doesn't compress well at all. I don't think this even gives a hint of what the original one works like.

Constant Motion through Variable Time Frames
Andrew Quinn, December 2005
Colour, Sound, 1'30" approx

The footage is taken on platform 7 of Paragon Station in Hull over a period of four hours, of four separate trains coming and going from the station.

The frames are arranged so each frame alternately swaps between the different trains, whilst the position of the train is held constant i.e. frame 1 = train 1, frame 2 = train 2, 3=3, 4=4, 5=1, 6=2, 7=3, 8=4 and so on.

In theory, this should create the illusion of a constant movement, following the path of the train, whilst the surroundings, light, people and backgrounds are from alternately different time periods.
