OK; basically u should "stand" and push the opponent away...

its not about "effective" defense or applications, its just a rooting and flexibility game :) Upper Body as flexible as possible and Legs as connected as possible... thats it. At the End, the one who stands will get points and the one who moves looses points.... 1-Step 1-Point, 2-Steps 2-Points and FALL 3-Points.

thanks for ur opinion... the Art is CALLED "push"-hands... so whats wrong? :) Anyway, thanks for ur opinion, not everybody need to like the push hands... its just a game at the end... not a defense art. Greetings Ismet
