Global researcher, Frost & Sullivan, awarded the Hemopurifier® the 2006 Technology Innovation Award, and The AIDS Institute presented Aethlon with the 2007 Innovative HIV Life Sciences Leadership Award. Something to do with frequencies and how everything has it's own, definable frequency which can be "worked back" relatively easy etc. etc. to make a cure. (crappy explanation sorry.) Understanding your government plays an important role here.

the hiv test is cross-reactive and conditions like pregnancy and vaccinations can cause false positives. the hiv test only detects proteins and not actual virus, thats why it has a legal disclaimer on it. the leading cause of death for those diagnosed with the AIDS syndrome is organ failure due to toxic hiv medications. please pray for everyone who believed their hiv diagnosis, when the tests state on the insert that it does not determine hiv infection. the CDC is guilty of fraudulent research.
