i have the piece and according to that this band isnt following to ritardandos and other stuff.

@cactusjack901 i'm performing this piece and have been trying to find recordings and people are constintly like "their gonna get busted cuz microsoft owns that" and i've had to say the same thing as this becuase it just bugs me so much that people have SO much NERVE. they don't even research it before they post a comment that supposed to make people look stupid when really it only makes them look bad. so irritating!

Id hope so. But it seemed that some of your replies were aimed at those who offered advice, though most were negative, i agree. Also, I totally understand you cant do much about it. Especially in a music contest, there is not much you can do once the music starts. ?Unfortunately, we bombed our last contest. I blame our flutes, to be frank........

It's not that I'm not taking criticism, but if it's along the lines of "this band sucks" which most of it has been, I find it pointless. There's also people that go "my band did this, and we did it like this and it made it better" which is, in a sense, constructive criticism, but pointless, as you can tell this is a high school band, who performed the piece once, not much we can do about this performance. All I do, is remove that which can be seen as useless banter

dude, cant you take ANY criticism? Seriously, stop being so cross with everyone who gives you constructive criticism. It's extremely rude, especially if they mean no harm. It hurts, I know. My band gets lots critiqued as well, and I have an even harder time, as I am our only trap set player (jazz band gets insane some days...), but the point is, take the advice like a dignified band member and stop snapping at anyone who tells you what might have made it better.
