Straight four...The rhythm on 1st bar (16th value accents) is:
2 4 568 91012 1315 .Maybe the accent of the bass on 15 (last eighth of the bar) misleads you into thinking it is the down beat of the next bar....though this is very straight forward stuff....hope it helps...
