  • The great and wonderful Kenny Drew Jr.

My very first band had Kenny playing piano

    4 nites a week for a year.What Pressure ?

  • Straight four...The rhythm on 1st bar (16th value accents) is:

2 4 568 91012 1315 .Maybe the accent of the bass on 15 (last eighth of the bar) misleads you into thinking it is the down beat of the next bar....though this is very straight forward stuff....hope it helps...

  • been listening to it on the background and only hear four,

what seems to be the problem?

  • Yeah, I heard Sister Sadie at 4:15 !

  • Can anyone tell what time signature this piece is in? ...or what the beginning rhythm is? I'm trying to transcribe it and it's confusing me.

  • Nice catch dude!

  • I noticed a bit of Sister Sadie and Straight no chaser in this song
