Robert, I'm trying to rehabilitate our online discussion with light humor. I see that you are taking things too literally. Take care.

  • @kmkfiction2 I also played backup quarterback...though I doubt I could've gone pro...are you suggesting that experience makes you more qualified than Tom Brady?

  • @RobertBalto

I played backup qb, mind you, and (enter Uncle Rico voice) had I been given the chance, I probably would've gone pro, no doubt. So, yes, I am quite confident that I am correct.

  • @kmkfiction2 "To me, he's the greatest of all time" - Tom Brady on Peyton Manning

But hey, as I said before, I will submit to your logic and not only rank Tom Brady ahead of him...but his brother who has fewer Pro Bowl appearances than Peyton does MVPs. Obviously you know more about playing the quarterback position than Tom Brady.

  • @kmkfiction2 sure thing

"Do you confess?! Then on the 'morrow you shall receive your purification." - Braveheart

  • @kmkfiction2 HAHAHA bitter much? Well alright I will submit to your flawless evaluation of the quarterback position....and hey I guess that means Jim Plunkett is in a different league than Peyton too. Damn, all this time I thought he was one of the all time greats...shows what I know!

  • @RobertBalto

I wish you Luck (pun intended) but for the life of me, give it up: Brady is ALWAYS going to be in a different league than Manning because of the SB wins. Heck, if Eli wins on Sunday, so is he.

Those are what we call "cold hard facts"

  • @RobertBalto

If you think the Colts are actually synonymous with "excellence" or "greatness" in the eyes of non-Colts fans given their choke jobs in the playoffs, you are in the dark. Period.

  • @kmkfiction2 no no no I've seen the light man...you were right...there are no "good" teams, "bad" teams or "mediocre" teams. Just the Super Bowl champs and "the rest". As for the Colts' dubious honor...given Peyton's health I'd rather a lean year or two to rebuild (Andrew Luck might make a good building block) than go 8-8, miss the playoffs, and watch a declining squad play mediocre football...oops sorry, I forgot theres no such thing as a mediocre team.
