In all honesty, I dont think it was intended to be a rip-off. Some of the complaints are too.....expected, and tbh, most of these criticisms were made long before the NC came around. But some are unusually similar(bat credit card). I'd say its more like a homage or tribute than flat out ripping off.

Although granted, it's not wise to remind us too much of a more popular reviewer or we'll just want to watch the other one(which I do), and hes claiming he didnt do it, so.....dunno.

At least IrateGamer puts some amount of effort into his vids. AMD is the laziest bastard ever! His vids are just crappy photos. Plus, he rips off Confused Matthew, AVGN, NC, Spill, and even IrateGamer.

I think AMD just wants to be like NC so much that he ends up stealing from him. He wants to live NC's life or something. Fuck, that sounds like the plot of a thriller movie.
