magyarul lsd. lennt. Béla Kodoba (1944-1999) plays the local Magyarpalatka [Pălatca, Romania] version of the Rákóczy March. The recording was made in 1997 in Budapest. Sándor Csoóri is playing contra-fiddle.

This style of performance will be totally unfamiliar to anyone who is accustomed to urban Gypsy bands.

The collection contains some four hours of video recordings of this famous musician from Magyarpalatka.

From the collection of Sándor Csoóri.
----------------------------------------
A Rákóczi induló palatkai változatát muzsikálja hegedűn Kodoba Béla (1944-1999). A felvétel 1997-ben készült Budapesten. Kontrázik Csoóri Sándor.

A városi cigányzenekarokhoz szokott fülnek teljesen szokatlan az előadásmód.

A híres palatkai zenészről kb. 4 órai videó anyag van a gyűjteményben.

Csoóri Sándor gyűjteményéből.

  • I think its absolutely pointless to talk about territory problems in modern europe IN THIS VIDEO

I am slovak and I know that in present there are many troubles between SVK and HU mostly because of our always drunk member of government that hates hungary and everything connected with it :D but I think there is also at least little reason on the HU side ;)

but what is important that I like Hungary, Transylvania, Romania and SVK for their awesome traditional culture and music :)

    so the vid is great

  • Hungarians has an unique and the most valuable culture in Europe !

Great history and the best music !

    VIVA HUNGARIA !!!

    Shalom.

  • @maky00000 Agree:D:D

  • Huns aren't mongols, by the way,

  • Well, this is not true. I love Hungary, I could die for it, but I don't want people to die. even if they are Romanians. But you are not right, Romania in the WWII. wanted to get more land! thay wanted all the land on the right side of river Tisza.

  • Thank you. Why don't you kick that drunk guy out of the government? I mean, he said that he will do thing slovaks don't want either. He's like the Gyurcsány of Hungary, I think. But I'm not sure. Gyurcsány was just... ehh, fortunately, his people won't be here for too long. I hope so.

    Peace :)

  • why dont u hungarians claim other territories?slovakia..croatia...or inclusiv mongolia, cause u are descendent from Huns,am I right?and now, with the Europen Union,it's impossible to stars a war:| the people who talks about a war so easy,it's because they dont have any idea about what a war is..its not a game..and a new conflict in the Balkans..its a third world war my friends...stop with all this thing that Transylvania is hungarian..because it is not...and it won't be...be realistic my friends

  • my friends, romanians and hungarians, and the rest of the world, nowadays in Transylvania are living hungarians,romanians,germans,gipsies...etc..if all the countries want the land that were occupied once by them...give me the solution u have plz, cause it's impossible, now everybody is everywhere...so stop this idiotic arguments that transylvania has to be hungarian because once was hungarian.

  • Musik ist Trumpf , darf ich bitte sagen.
