Leap second 2008

2008 had 1 second more, the LEAP SECOND to adjust the earth rotation with the atomic clocks.

In this video you can see a project of mine, a 60 blue leds clock designed and built by me. This is a clock (uses a ATMEGA16) tuned to the DCF77. It manages the LEAP SECOND, so the last minute of the year had 61 seconds instead of 60. You can compare my clock with a radiocontrolled clock that doesn't manage the LEAP SECOND, so after 00:00 it goes 1 second forwarded.

The clock with the blue leds counts one second more (61) and the radiocontrolled clock don't.

So one clock is accurate, and the other is one second behind, correct? And let me guess-- it is the one with the lights that is behind, if not the digital clock.
