Don't claim that "no one" knows what he's talking about because you're too retarded to understand how the internet works. To sum this up for you PIPA (and SOPA) gives big money interest omnipotent powers to control what you can see on the internet. They can shut down websites without having to go through the legal system as it's set up now, you know, with courtrooms and judges. This means they can take down YouTube, Facebook, and Google if they wanted to.
