I, as Pastor, along with the leaders of Livewire Student Ministries (ages 11-25), invite you and your youth to attend our 1st Annual Livewire Youth Conference, to be held this July 31st - August 2nd of 2008. Join us as we prepare for battle to unleash the calling upon this new generation. The theme for this event is "The Awakening: They See Dry Bones... We See An Army!" with the scripture passage coming from Ezekiel 37:10. "So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army. "
There is a battle to fight, and a battle to win. It is time to rise up an army that is not afraid to make a difference in our world. Let us join together in unity to take back our cities, our communities, and our homes!
We are so excited to introduce Evangelist Robert Madu who will be joining us as our conference speaker. Evangelist Madu is from Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, TX who has a unique ability for bringing the Word of God at a level where youth can grasp and run with it. He has a passion for the youth of our nation and a desire to reach the corners of the earth with the message of Jesus Christ. We will also have with us musical guest Curvine Brewington from Dallas, TX. Curvine has a powerful gift of transmitting the Word of God through his music. He is determined to be a tool in breaking thru the chains that pop culture has on today's youth.
There will be workshops based on biblical scriptures to help youth and leaders deal with real life issues. Worship, skits, dance, food, and so much more will be provided. Come with an expectation to receive and experience the power of God...experience a breakthrough!
