Gold and Silver Confiscation has already occurred. If you have a pooled account, certificate, ETF, or any paper gold other than GoldMoney your gold is all but nationalized just not by decree but by choice.

You are guaranteed your dollars but not the gold or silver in most of those accounts. The government will not let the banks and brokerages fail when they have a printing press to pay you the dollar value of gold and silver but not the actual stuff.

In 1933 the government did not take your gold and not pay you they gave you dollars for them above market price.

Gold and silver is money it has been for 6000 years and will be for thousands more. Reality is an absolute, because you are human you can deny it but it does not change. Example if you eat poison thinking its food it was never food just because you ate it. Thus fiat currency is not money just because you used it.
