Perhaps I'm falling for her "spell" as well, but I do not think it's 100% nonsense. The reason I say this is - body language and hand movements do seem to serve a purpose in communication. Without some sort of underlying meaning they would serve no purpose and not exist.
Now, I have a very hard time believing that X = Y in all cases like this woman usually states. Though that kind of simplistic interpretation would attract viewers and sell books... but surely lacks scientific rigor.

Lots of people are susceptible to some sort of charlatan, & this woman has found O'Reilly's weak spot. His body language segments are about the most fatuous to be found on his show. This expert fraud pulls her interpretations out of her ass.
