My mom seen this at the time and thought it was the scariest movie she seen . Now she said what was i thinking compare movies i grew up with. lol

The doctor here is played by Whit Bissell, who was a very good and very busy character actor in the 1950's and 1960's. He played a general on "The Time Tunnel". He played a drunken, somewhat cowardly barber on "The Rifleman". He appeared on mystery shows like "Quincy". I'm sure he's missed.

I beleave that doctor was a general on the 1966 time tunnel show.
