Feeding The Homeless

Snippets: Hunger In America.
I never intended to share this side of my life w/ my viewers. However, if I can inspire for the better...why not share?

I didn't have time to mention why I choose to give back via helping the homeless so here it go.

1.) I know what it's like to go days without food. 2.) I signed my children and myself up for volunteer work,(w/ food shelters) but it was harder than I thought to actually give our time. (Overwhelming amounts of volunteer workers on hand each year.) That's a good thing, but who wants to wait each year for a chance to help others? I decided to not wait, but instead take matters into my own hands. I cookd big meals anyway, and always have leftovers..thus began my "Sahbi Serve The People Adventure." Btw this is not a holiday deal, I try to do this as much as possible all year. Ppl are hungry year round, not just on Holidays.

I can't save the world, but I can try to help those in need to the best of my ability.

Footnote: My battery didn't have much life, so I had to pick and choose what I recorded. (Wish I could've shared the entire experience.) Maybe next time I'll remember to recharge my battery pack before I leave the house.

All dag, this is a good idea especially when its the cold time of the year. This other guy on YT from Chicago does the same thing, he be hookin it up lol, Imma see what I can do in Camden. I jus got off work doing deliveries in Philly, man...there was people beggin me to let them help me unload the truck for change. Its not good seeing people hungry n homeless, and shame on people who WILL NOT do anything about it. This is a good example on how we can help, nice video sis, God Bless.

It's even worse when you see kids tagging behind their homeless parent. I wish America would speak on hunger and homelessness here in the USA more often. We always take our dollars and send them to ppl in other countries, but what about the ppl here? (Thank you for watching and considering doing the same in your area.)

aww, this is so cute. Milton Friedman would be so proud of you and of your contribution to the private sector charity. i just pay high taxes and let the government feed our homeless... wait a second, there really arent any homeless in my country. shoot, i'm going to hell. oh well, thats the life of a socialist.
