Silviu Ionescu Fled Singapore After Killing Tong Kok Wai

Dr. Silviu Ionescu, a Romanian diplomat in Singapore was the car driver that killed Tong Kok Wai and seriously injured two others. He is also the prime suspect for the death of a Chinese girl whose decomposed body was found near to the accident site. He has fled Singapore and his whereabout is not known.
