They're smart, tech savvy, confident, and coming to a cubicle near you! Born between 1980 and 2000, Millennials are entering the workforce in the millions -- 76 million to be exact! If you're a veteran, a baby boomer, or a Gen X manager, you'll need to know a thing or two about managing this talented and brash bunch.
No offense to anyone here. But, most of the millennials I have met are not very aggressive, or ambitious. Mostly people raised by babysitters, and overly spoiled by guilt ridden parents. They do expect easy job, for high pay.

I think the host of the show is offering tips that would be applicable to most human beings in a professional work environment.....after all, our similarities to one another are far greater than our differences....As DP stated so eloquently: People are people......So why should it be You and I should get Along so awfully?

It is very Millennial of you to have such broad objections to being profiled...
As a Gen Y, I find these observations to be pretty accurate. Yes, they are taking these examples to extremes, and, yes, there are exceptions. It does not mean these generalities are not helpful.
The fact that you would even express your opinions in the way you have only demonstrates that you have the confidence and desire to have your ideas respected that are described in this video.

Totally agree...
Every discussion on this sounds like certain humans are trying to study aliens or something... Sorry, we're individuals, and I hope you old people are too.

This is bullshit. The "Millennial" in this video is completely ridiculous. I think that these seniors should stop trying to categorize an entire generation this early in the game. We've hardly had time to make our mark on society. And the things we are accused of are ridiculous. Just STOP.
