  • @quality6pack Paddles are great for improving strength and power. As a triathlete its all on your arms so yes paddles are great for that.

  • Great video, thanks! I am a 22:30 1500m swimmer as a triathlete and trying to get to 21 mins, Just one question...would you do any of the speed work with power paddles? I feel that I get lots out of paddles so just curious on you thoughts. Many thanks
