drivers did not take a raise for 2yrs. and gave 5 furloughs b4 any other dept.!

my aunt is a former special ed teacher in california, she just retired and the state is paying her 60 grand a year to not work, of course she says shes earned it because she took extra classes and worked summers (haha).... your state is doomed, I hope we don't bail out California, so they can continue their socialist path. Suspend the citys 12b requirement to help save money. now we are paying up to ten times as much for goods and servicesdue to the fact that they have to comply with the 12b requirement. that is the charter admendment that says to do buiness with the city you have to offer ur employees domistic partner beifiets.....good idea if you got the money to spend if not cut back there first before cutting jobs/services
