Just a quick show of my new 2010 Triumph Daytona 675 SE, less than 350 made. Named him "Tristan", he's absolutely gorgeous, the ride is amazing, 300 miles, and I've put him away till Spring.

**Check out my channel on this bike now @MICHSHIFT**

  • @AruKun You can do it!!! My 675 is stock height. Check out my channel at @michshift. What is your inseam? Mine is around 28.5". Try a lower 600, like a Gixxer. Takes just some good balance and barely any efford to keep it upright when stopped.

  • @TheTallMan35 Lowering links can help for a bit to help gain confidence on how the bike reacts/the power...but I'd recommend removing and returning to stock height if possible, and definitely if you take it to the track. @DaShnipa is right on about lowering.

  • @kani9000 I cannot. I am on tippy toes. I did swap out the springs front and rear to fit my weight which helped a bit on reach. I just need to pay closer attention to roads, slowing to a stop, clutch/throttle balance due to my height.

  • @umicheng Keeping in mind us taller chaps need bikes too. :)

  • fucking sweet bike, gotta stick to my street bikes though as pillion will not like lol

  • @umicheng hi..can u keep ur feet flat on the roads?

  • @TheTallMan35 They probably would have, but lowering a supersport is like putting mud tires on a ferrari, your basically neutering the handling capabilities of the bike. I went with a 2010 GSX-R600. It's my first bike, not my last, and the Daytona 675 is still on the list of future prospects.

  • @DaShnipa Would lowering links help?

  • sweet!...i have the same sliders on mine!...bad ass!
