Hi, I don't have either item. You can practice braking off the amp. by using the smaller water filled one that comes with the HCG. You wont be needing that. It is designed to brake off. I also just cover my vile with foil. I read where another person keeps it in a coffee mug with a lid. It just shouldn't be exposed to extra light. I really haven't worried about the filter syringe either because the sub Q needle is very small minimizing hazards. I haven't read that many injecting people do.

Yes you are right about how to start the protocol. I didn't eat all organic. I try to some. I feel I have to factor how much money I want to spend on food. Most people seem to fined a balance on this issue and do just fine. I guess time will tell in the long run.
