If you can't download a Blank and Postage (B&P) is what you should seek out. You'd send blank discs and a self addressed bubble mailer to someone who has the show - they'll burn and return. Ask there.

If you don't know how to burn read this:

What you want to do is burn the VIDEO_TS folder and it's contents to a blank DVD-R. If you already have DVD buring software just basically burn that VIDEO_TS and it's contents (VOBs, IFOs, and BUPs) to the root directory of a blank DVD.

If you have a PC imgburn( http://www.imgburn.com/ ) is a free CD/DVD buring program. Install that, click "Write Files/Folders to disc" (top right option on the main menu), Click File/Browse for a source folder, highlight the VIDEO_TS folder you downloaded, then click the burn (build) icon. Click yes to the disc label question and ok to the list of files. That should burn you a working DVD.

If you want to watch it on your PC you should be able to have Windows Media Player open the VIDEO_TS.IFO to have it play the sampler w/ menus chapters and in one piece. If you're on a MAC I'm not sure about video players but there's a free burning program called "Burn OSx" - ( http://burn-osx.sourceforge.net/Pages/English/home.html).
